For this weekend’s live stream, we have a special guest: weriza. Riza is a seamstress, photographer, and designer based in San Diego, CA. Some of her past projects include upcycling garments and handcrafting 1/1 pieces for artists like Kyle Dion. Recently, Riza has changed her business operations in response to COVID-10 by sewing over 2,600 face masks and donating them across five states. We’ll be discussing her journey, diving into what it took to make the masks, and a breakdown of her past projects + current inspirations.
